How to submit a service request

1.  Select the account number.
2.  Include an alternative contact number (mobile) so we can contact you if there are any questions.
3.  Which of your Zintel telecommunications services are impacted by this request? (select from the list provided)
4.  What is the reason for the request (select from the list provided)
5.  Include the main telecommunication service number impacted by this request.
6.  Give your service request a subject, that is relevant to yourself.
7.  Include a description of your request, just as you would with an email.

How do I attach a file?
You will have an opportunity to attach any files, once you have submitted the request.
