This is a one page dashboard that provides you a quick snapshot of up to a week's activity, enabling you to monitor your business easily and investigate areas of concern as you go. You can look at the activity across all your services, by inbound number, or by answerpoint. Data can be provided in excel format, so that you can easily integrate in your own weekly report.
