Plan Conditions:

The following conditions apply in addtion to Zintel's standard Terms and Conditions.

  1. *Included minutes are based on calls answered on Australian landlines or VoIP phone lines;
  2. Charges are GST exclusive;
  3. Monthly fee is paid one month in advance;
  4. Usage exceeding the included call value is charged at the listed per minute rate;
  5. All calls are rated per second;
  6. Maximum one 30 Day Trial Plan service per customer;
  7. Zintel Telecommunications reserves the right to cancel any service on the 30 Day Trial Plan at any time;
  8. Pricing offered is for sales made online. An administration fee of $50 may apply to requests completed offline;
  9. All numbers offered on this site are active billing services of Zintel Telecommunications in-house account;
  10. By requesting the use of a number Zintel Telecommunications will reassign use of the services to an account under your companies name;
  11. Services can be disconnected at any time unless on a 12 month plan;
  12. If you do not want to continue with the trial after the 30 day period, you must contact Zintel to disconnect the service within 30 days of your initial connection request;
  13. All plans include 1 x change of answer point per month (non-cumulative) which must be submitted via the Zintel online customer portal to be eligible for inclusion;
  14. Zintel reserves the right to suspend your Zintel service(s) without notice if your credit card is declined, a direct debit is dishonoured or we do not receive payment for any other reason. We will notify you via email you’re your payment has failed. If you have not updated your details, or arranged for payment within the period specified in our notice to you, your service will be suspended.
  15. Initial payment for services is non-refundable, if you simply change your mind;
