Rate Plan Conditions:

The following conditions apply in addition to Zintel Communications Pty Ltd standard Terms and Conditions.

1. *Included minutes are based on calls answered on Australian landlines or VoIP phone lines;
2. Charges are GST exclusive;
3. Usage exceeding the included call value is charged at the listed per minute rate;
4. All calls are rated per second;
5. Maximum one 30 Day Trial Plan service per customer;
6. Zintel Telecommunications reserves the right to cancel any service on the 30 Day Trial Plan at any time;
7. Pricing offered is for sales made online. An administration fee of $50 may apply to requests completed offline;
8. All numbers offered on this site are active billing services of Zintel Telecommunications in-house account;
9. By requesting the use of a number Zintel Telecommunications will reassign use of the services to an account under your companies name;
10. Services can be disconnected at any time unless on a 12 month plan;
11. If you do not want to continue with the trial after the 30 day period, you must contact Zintel to disconnect the service within 30 days of your initial connection request;
12. All plans include 1 x change of answer point per month (non-cumulative) which must be submitted via the Zintel online customer portal to be eligible for inclusion.
