Voice mail works as a message service for your 1300 or 1800 number. It records messages and delivers them to you via email.

Voice mail can be used as the primary answer point, overflow when you are busy or as an effective after hours solution for when your business is closed.

How does voice mail work?

• A call is made to your toll free number
• Your customised greeting is played to the caller
• The caller leaves a voicemail & hangs up
• Virtual Manager converts the voice message into a WAV file
• The file is attached to an email and sent to your nominated email addresses for you to listen to
• You can then follow up the call with the appropriate action
