State routing is a feature that can be activated on 1300 numbers to divert calls to a particular state or territory answer point based on the state or territory that the call originates from.

State routing example

You have 2 offices:

  • Sydney
  • Perth

The following could be set up:

  • Calls originating in QLD, NSW, TAS, ACT route to Sydney
  • Calls originating in WA, NT & SA route to Perth
