What is Call Overflow – Sequential?

Increase your inbound call answer rate

Customers expect you to answer the phone quickly. But what happens when you’re busy or can’t pick up in time? That’s where Call Overflow can help. This feature helps you and your team answer more calls and avoid lost opportunities.

When a customer calls, your first answer point will start to ring. If the call isn’t picked up within a set time (for example, five seconds), it gets transferred to a different line. You can set up to five answer points to increase the chance that a team member is available to answer. Send calls to your landline, a mobile, or call centre.
