If you want total flexibility in your business, Zintel’s Time & Day-Based Routing allows you to direct calls to multiple answering points according to your needs at different times of the day. This means you can catch and redirect every call, even when it comes after hours or during weekends, public holidays or vacations.

Getting set up is simple. Once you know when and where you’d like to send your calls, we can create redirection rules. Send calls to a different landline, a mobile, a voicemail or play an announcement. Create call answering rules that suit your business, so you get your calls when and where you need them.
