Frequently Asked Questions

What number will display for incoming calls?

Your call display number is usually your Zintel number. But this changes if you have more than one inbound number. For example, you might have different numbers for marketing campaigns. In this case, Inbound Caller Display will show you which one the customer has dialled.

Will it also display the caller's phone number?

No. But you can easily access this information through your Zintel reporting portal if you need it.

Does Call Announce automatically come with Inbound Caller Display?

No. These are two separate features. You’ll need to add them separately or upgrade to our All Features pack to get access.
